Uterine fibroids are lumps that grow on uterus. This may be on the inside, on the outside, or in the wall of the uterus.Fibroids are very common in women in their 30s and 40s. But fibroids usually do not cause problems

Blood investigations to look for anemia.

Ultrasound of abdomen.

Treatment:

Small, asymptomatic fibroids do not need treatment,

Laparoscopic hysterectomy if suitable for the age of the patient or laparoscopic myomectomy if fertility is to be preserved.
